House rules

Elpia is a private project. These rules say briefly what you can expect and what is expected of you.

  1. Voluntary and private

Elpia is run privately, without profit. Nobody has to take part, and nobody pays to use it.

  2. Intended, not promised

The owner intends to pay for every Drop and does what they can, but does not promise it. There is no legal claim to a donation or a payout, and set-aside Drops cannot be claimed.

  3. Rules can change

Earning rules and limits only change as a new, dated version with a reason, and never backwards. Everything is public on the transparency page.

  4. One account per person

You use one account for yourself. Several accounts to get more Drops are not allowed, and such accounts can be blocked.

  5. Real time

Drops are for real, active time. Anyone who fakes time (scripts, macros, devices that only run) can be excluded and loses their Drops.

  6. Closing an account

You can delete your account yourself at any time (in the settings). An account can be blocked when someone breaks these rules.

  7. Age

You are at least 14 years old, or your parents agree.
